- Sunday outdoors event classes periodically held in  parks, beaches or private terraces.

-Weekly classes at RYOGA  ,the three Studios/spa spread out in Rome exclusively dedicated to Yoga and Pilates. Check schedule and teacher info on the link.

-Every other Saturday,DYNAMIC YOGA classes (11am/12.15) at Colombo Sporting Club in Rome.

Flexibility is my main purpose through my constant commitment to meet all needs.  I am convinced that yoga is not a practice for a few but an experience open to anybody.
