About me
I was born in Rome, the youngest of 3 children. After a “relatively quiet” childhood and adolescence, I attended the Liceo Classico ( high school specializing in classical studies)until graduation and later in the years I undertook several activities that lead me to work and have experiences with different environments and cultures:
participations in the fashion world, Italian ambassador for DISNEY WORLD in USA, entertainer and fitness assistant for VALTUR (an Italian top company that provides various services for customers in its resorts around the world), BRITISH AIRWAYS flight attendant in London ….
My journey into the psychological-physical-spiritual world started also during those years when personal experiences forced me to ask myself new existential questions and look for the answers in more “invisible” places.
I was in fact always in search of a “definite job” to better represent me and to feel closer to my “life mission” so that I could give to others what I was giving to myself.

Yoga
Defining yoga is an hard task especially because, to paraphrase the master Pattabhi Jois, is a discipline made up of a 90% practice and only 10% theory, and as far as some write and read about it, they will never gain access to its enormous wealth if they don’t actually try it first. In common stereotypes you can find a multi-faceted picture that goes from sitting and reciting “strange chants” to a relaxing experience maybe created exclusively for women and possibly not challenging enough for the body. Others see it as a form of religion, or worse, a sort of cult or maybe an elite discipline for which you have to be extremely flexible in order to practice real circus contortions
